We are usually able to ship items within 1-2 business days. However, in order to ensure the freshest product possible, some organic items are not ordered from the manufacturer until you place your order. This may delay shipment up to 5 business days.

We ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Express Mail: 3-5 business days (Only option that offers track ability)
Packages that are returned unclaimed at customs or undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customers expense.

If we make any errors or there is a manufacturer defect, we will gladly accept these returns. Due to the nature of skin care products, returns are not accepted for efficacy of product. The following vendors offer a 100% guarantee on their products and allow for all returns : Dermalogica, Laroche Posay Biomedic, Murad, Jan Marini, Eminence, Sanitas, Neova, Md Formulations, and Obaji.
